After flat lining for 2 years, PEH.V just broke out of 200 DMA on very heavy volume with 50 DMA soon to cross 200 DMA. I like this chart very much.

Primeline is run by a well-to-do family exploring for gas in the East China Sea. Two wells are already pumping out 2500+ BOE/d. The throughput for the well appears to be very high. At $30 million per 1,000 BOE/d, the company appears very reasonably valued and any positive surprises should bring a nice pop.

I would hold until $3+
